Our Full Letting Service includes:

Our Fees for the Full Letting Service are:

• A one-off set-up fee equivalent to 75%+ VAT of the months rent for the first tenancy and a discounted rate for subsequent tenancies. 
• A management charge of only 10%+ VAT of the monthly rental
